Directions for use / recommended dose:
Take one (1) sachet per day, preferably outside of meals or as recommended by a professional. Add the contents of the sachet to a glass of water, juice or vegetable drink (250 mL), stir vigorously until dissolved and drink.

Box of 30 sachets of 4.05 grams. Double sachet format.
