Recipients of the information
The recipients of your data are our data processors, who undertake, by means of data processing contracts, to comply with the provisions of current legislation on data protection and with the instructions given by us regarding the processing of data, and may not use them for any purpose other than that stated herein.

Retention periods
Execution of our services: We will keep your data for four years from the termination of the business relationship.
Commercial purpose: We will keep your data as long as you keep your subscription active to receive our communications and you have not indicated your refusal to receive them. Once you have indicated your refusal to receive information, we will proceed to delete your data, regardless of possible legal obligations, which may result in a longer period of data retention (although in this case they will be duly blocked).
Job vacancies and job offers: We will keep your data for 1 year.

Control Authority
If the user considers that his/her rights have been ignored or violated, he/she should know that he/she can file a claim before the competent control authority, which in this case is the Spanish Data Protection Agency. If the interested party considers it appropriate, he/she can also file a claim before any competent supervisory authority within the European Union.
