In order to develop our activity, we process the personal data that our customers and users provide us, through the forms provided both on our website and in physical support in our service points, in order to resolve their queries, manage sales and keep our subscribers informed about the news available in our establishment that may be of interest.

On the other hand, if you are not yet our customer and you are only a user of this website, the only personal data we process about you are those managed through the cookies we use on this website (read our cookies policy for more information) and those that you have voluntarily sent us through the means of contact that we make available on this website to answer your queries.
In addition, there is the possibility that our users and customers periodically receive information about news related to our activity, including information about commercial promotions, new products, important news of the sector or that may be of interest to them. Purposes of the treatment

These legitimacies are complemented with the fulfillment of legal obligations by this responsible in the corresponding cases.

Recipients of the information
The recipients of your data are our data processors, who undertake, by means of data processing contracts, to comply with the provisions of current legislation on data protection and with the instructions given by us regarding the processing of data, and may not use them for any purpose other than that stated herein.

Likewise, we inform you that we do not carry out international data processing.

Retention periods
Execution of our services: We will keep your data for four years from the termination of the business relationship.
Commercial purpose: We will keep your data as long as you keep your subscription active to receive our communications and you have not indicated your refusal to receive them. Once you have indicated your refusal to receive information, we will proceed to delete your data, regardless of possible legal obligations, which may result in a longer period of data retention (although in this case they will be duly blocked).
Job vacancies and job offers: We will keep your data for 1 year.
You must take into account that the fulfillment of a legal obligation may entail the conservation of your data, or part of it, for a longer period of time.

Control Authority
If the user considers that his/her rights have been ignored or violated, he/she should know that he/she can file a claim before the competent control authority, which in this case is the Spanish Data Protection Agency. If the interested party considers it appropriate, he/she can also file a claim before any competent supervisory authority within the European Union.
